So low flying, so awesome. I heart the CDF.

Quickly learned that we need an evacuation program for the horses. Did you know putting Vick's Vapor Rub in the nostrils of a stallion will make it so they can't smell the mares?

Steph: The horses are my mother-in-law's. The stallion belonged to D's grandfather, who's dying wish was to have Ghost remain at the rancho. I haven't ridden in about twenty years -- could use a refresher course. Right now we're just getting to know them, shoveling manure, and will soon be feeding them. I need to write a proper post about the move. People were expecting me to move to the tiny cabin in the mountains.
