Not really sure what to make of this recent shot, I like the effect but it's something which has been done a lot by people much better than me! Still it was really good fun to try this during a recent trip to Wales, I've been using an X100 for a bit, I love the camera and it's nice to have that instant feedback when shooting digital. The problem I have is that when I've got a digital image I like I wonder how it would look on film and think I should be good enough to capture it on film and be confident that I've got the result! At the moment there's so much against me with shooting film, if I'm honest it's the scanning which is annoying me, my scanner is useless with slide film, and I'm not confident in the lab I'm using or the cameras I have at the moment either, I can't seem to get any consistency.
