Utility Building at the McMillan Reservoir

    The McMillan Reservoir is fed by a 108-year-old tunnel stretching from the Georgetown Reservoir, which itself is fed by the Washington Aqueduct originating at Great Falls. A now-abandoned sand-filtration plant adjacent the reservoir was state-of-the-art when the reservoir opened in 1902.
