Oonagh Donnelly of Graphic Communication Services co-ordinated, designed and constructed the Signal Website. Co-ordination included the investigation and compilation of information, photography work, and illustration. The aim was to ensure that it was as fully informative and up to date as possible and that the site also conveyed the essence of Signal Arts Centre. Oonagh then continued to facilitate CE scheme staff to gain experience with professional visual communications and web design practice using the Signal website.
