Power Girl (real name Kara Zor-L, also known as Karen Starr) is a DC Comics superheroine, making her first appearance in All Star Comics #58
I took this portrait with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II camera and the blur portrait lens a Canon EF 85mm F/1.2L II USM.

Nice shot, but you might have overworked the face in Photoshop.
(If you dial those sharpen/contrast effects back about 50% on the eyes and teeth it would look more realistic. You could also use an Overlay with a blur instead of manually blurring the face itself - this softens without losing too much detail. HTH.)
