Getting up at 2 o'clock in the morning under a starry night, we can see the glacier all white in the night.
The first part of the day is getting accross the frozen river and
stones, up onto the glacier. After some time, there is no more stone
at all and we're walking on the ice.
We cross the glacier just at sunrise, perfect time to enjoy the outstanding view.
The next part of the day is getting down on the other side of the Paran-La pass (5560m), down in a deep canyon.
After some while, we finally have to get out of the canyon from one side, wich force us to climb up for 2hours long before arriving in our last camp.
From here too, the view is outstanding, and I spend a few hours contemplating the area.
