Wild ride
Took a cab back to my youngest son's apartment in Brooklyn, after walking in Manhattan. The cab ride came as close to a movie scene as I'd want to go. I'm surprised the shot was in focus. We're barrelling across a bridge . . .

We sat down after a lengthy walk in Manhattan and Central Park across from this building, with its upper floors boarded up. I immediately flashed back to the movie "Rosemary's Baby."

Chelsea Market lunch
We returned to Freidman's in the Chelsea Market, Manhattan, for lunch. We ate here a year ago. This is just down the indoor mall from the restaurant, where we sat and waited for our reservation. Yes, the wait was worth it.
