I went for an early walk down the banks of the Mersey this morning. There wasn't much that caught my eye, but the water droplets clinging to these buds were beautiful. Little droplets of light scattered over the trees.

Taken with a 50mm f1.7 Pentax lens at f2.

This little guy was perched on the remains of an old tree stump, deep in the woods of Sisland Carr.
