Saw a bunch of beautiful pomegranates in the market yesterday. I remember seeing some recipes using pomegranate as ingredient, so I thought I could make use of it in some way or another. I've been searching through my cookbooks the whole of last night but couldn't find that darn recipe.... Well, in the end, it became the object of my photo-taking session for the day...

When I was little my mom would spread
newspapers on the kitchen floor and let us
dig our little fingers into the seed pods.
They're still one of my favorite fruits. I
love the color and they're great on salads.
