Actually I don't know what to call it exactly... It's some kind of quesadilla-burrito hybrid thing ;) Four layers of multigrain wheat tortilla, filled with lettuce, salsa picante, cheese and - indeed - guacamole. But it hasn't been baked afterward (so no quesadilla) and it isn't folded: no buritto. Let's call it the gringo of my gringo bento ;)
