A una semana de la inundación del Barrio Puchacay, con apertura de compuertas de las represas incluída, motivo suficiente para llevar tanta agua.

Pero en invierno aún es posible ver el río con agua de lado a lado. Este fenómeno también me ha llamado la atención desde que llegué a Concepción en 1991.
