Curled
This is a photo I took in 2009 of a work called Curled Figures, a cement statue by Susan Low-Beer in the Haliburton Sculpture Forest in Muskoka. The fall colours were the perfect setting for some of the statues - this one in particular. The two figures were cast from the same mould, but the altered positions greatly change the emotional content.
This is a 3-image HDR photo, with a slight orton effect and a free border from Digital Camera World. I kinda threw the works at this image, maybe a bit too much, but I like the result.
