apparently, it's going around. My husband is out treating the grass with noxious chemicals as we speak. We have spent $300 dollars in the las two weeks to rid our house and yard and cats of these little monsters. I'm very weary.

Dog Fleas and Christmas on the Side

Tail wiggles as lots of jinggle bells play,
waggles as smelly feet pass rotten rags;
Shiny nose stirs as crispy lights go scream,
expands, contracts as Mr. spits a nag.

Plastic covered seats, I love to lie on -
when found at midcreep, a blow to the fur,
sends my poor spirit away to the dawn -
where I lay outside the welcoming door.

Tail wiggles as young candles light the night,
waggles as cans open for a cold feast;
Shiny nose stirs to illustrate a fright,
wrinkles at a feline, an angry beast.

Time to retire and lie where the cold dwells,
