Valentine garland
cut outs glued to a ribbon and secured to one of the wire loops on prestrung garland. Ribbon tied to the connectors

Halloween garland
6 foot long. Used fabric bonded to Timtex and then stitched around the edges. Attached with floss and a plain twine wrapped with yarn.
