In the Cheetah enclosure at the Nairobi Safari Walk

Moriah and I with the cheetah in Nairobi. The cheetah was purring - just like a cat. Well, a cat that can run up to 75 mph!. Interesting fact - cheetahs are the only "big cats" that can purr while both inhaling and exhaling. This comes at the expense of being able to roar. The big cats that roar (like lions and tigers) can only purr while exhaling.
