Last Party of the Decade

Happy New Year to you all! Sorry I've been a bad contact lately - I've been uninspired, and have been staying away from Flickr. But I'll be back soon with a ton of new stuff.

These are views of the Las Vegas Strip, taken with my new Diana Mini from the top of the Eiffel Tower at the Paris Hotel. Fuji Superia 400, handheld on bulb. Overlaps done in camera.

Why I loved Madrid

More scenes from sunny Madrid, Spain. I loved this city, because it was so metropolitan, with a good mix of history, and modern hipster chic. Plus it was home to the first Lomography store I'd ever visited. I bought my Diana F+ there. Ah, the memories. Update: I stand corrected. Anita has now reminded me that Barcelona was the first Lomography store I visited. Funny story - these are her words: "We went to the one in Barcelona. Remember, you went there, and I had to hunt down a nice hotel because I had to poop." hahahahaha... sometimes, wives say the darndest things.

I miss Europe. The four month countdown till we spend 12 weeks touring through Eastern Europe next year begins this week.

Why she loved Madrid

More scenes from sunny Madrid, Spain. Anita really loved this city as well, but it seemed to me that all she enjoyed about it was the endless supply of shoe stores. We must've visited every shoe store in the city. Twice.

I miss Europe. The four month countdown till we spend 12 weeks touring through Eastern Europe next year begins this week.

It's been cold, and crappy here for the past few weeks. And I have not done much in the way of shooting. Digging through some older files, decided to post a few. This is Anita, showing her excitement at being in Madrid. Back when she had long hair. I miss that.

Viva Sevilla!

It's been cold, and crappy here for the past few weeks. And I have not done much in the way of shooting. Digging through some older files, decided to post a few. This is Anita exploring the grounds of a Cathedral in Seville. Back when she had long hair. I miss that.
