I'm going to be an aunt!

Hello flickr! It certainly has been a while. I've been so busy that I don't have much to show for it, especially in terms of photography. I'm hoping this will be one of my final semesters at university, and I've been overloaded with work trying to get in all my credit hours, sort out a mess of transfer credit from my year abroad, yadda yadda yadda. I've also been dealing with a crappy housing situation that has required some legal attention, and may in fact be moving AGAIN, which will make it the fifth time in a year. So. You know. Life is crazy. What else is new?

I'll tell you what else: my sister's pregnant and I'm going to be an aunt! She's due April 16. They broke the news to the family by giving these bibs as gifts. I'm so excited and can hardly believe it. April is so soon! They don't know what sex it will be, nor do they know its name, so in the mean time I'll be calling it "Baguette." Kind of a nice spin on having a bun in the oven, eh?

Hope everyone out in the flickrverse is doing well. I hope I'll have more to upload soon, and more free time to do it in. 'Til then...

FAIL

The thing about book making (and box making) is that you can always screw up the whole thing on the very last step, even after you've spent several hours doing everything to reach that point. ARG! This is the second time I've tried to make this box, too.
