Here is the fun cake I've been planning for a while to make for my
daughter's 2nd birthday (I'll try to post a photo later of Joy with
her cake). I really have almost no experience covering cakes with
fondant (it's a whole different world from cupcakes!), so the fondant
is not as smooth as I would have liked (you should see the back!!),
but in the end it's for a two year old, so I shouldn't be too
critical =)
Overall, I think it turned out pretty cute.

bkshort03- I didn't use a special pan, I just stacked up several layers of cake and cut the shape I wanted.
