Cracked iPhone display

Took this with my iphone, that's my buddy's phone. The scary part is that he doesn't know how it got cracked.

Addendum: Took it to the genius bar. They told him $250 to repair it and $30 for a loaner while he waits to get it back. Apparently, swapping them out was the policy only for the first week. He bitched and moaned and started taking names of people who were talking to him, claiming that he was going to call corporate. The genius took all his info for the repair, including his credit card number, then turned around and gave him a replacement for free since he was "dissatisfied with their service".

Best Exchange:
Chow - "I am going to call corporate to talk to them about the poor service that I received here."
Genius - "I don't think we have bad service, I think we're pretty good."
Chow - "You don't get to rate yourself, I'm the one who gets to rate your service."
