VMWare Fusion: Allows me to run both Windows XP and Vista on a virtual disk, using minimal space (each only take up about 3-4GBs of my HD).

Firefox 2, Camino, Safari. All used for different browsing moods, users.

Skitch, a lite photo editing app that really helps with blogging.

Visual Hub and Transmission. Both are essential for file retrieval and then encoding of video files to Apple TV.

ClamXav - Scan your Mac for non existent viruses :). OnyX for Mac maintenance and cleaning. AppFresh for auto updating all your Apps at once.

Activity Monitor, modded to show my core usage on the fly.

Stacks bin mod. Cause it just makes sense to have stacks filed and presented this way.
