DELICIOUS! i halved the recipe and it made about a dozen. we ate half with pea soup on thursday and froze the rest (which we ate with vegan french onion soup tonight.) these were pretty easy to make. had to sub in some semolina flour because we were low on regular flour but otherwise followed the recipe.
