Weirdest Japanese product ever

Weirdest Japanese product ever by Greg Jagiello.
I've run into some very strange products at Japanese markets, but this one trumps them all. It is from Daiso in Serramonte Mall in Daly City, CA (south of San Francisco).

UPDATE: Check out this video -- it's the inspiration for this product:

OH, forgot to mention this. The ..device.. contains a strange little packet of ..stuff.. -- you squeeze it, and a chemical reaction starts hissing. Eventually the ..thing.. inflates fully, as shown in step 3.

This take several minutes - don't let the 'action lines' on the front of the box diagram fool you!

Colma is about 10 minutes south of San Francisco. It's a little ditty of a place.

They have more dead people there then alive people. [all the cemetaries]

If I remember correctly there was a Japanese comedian on an ensemble Comedy variety show that used this Swan head as part of his act. The show was on a long time ago but i'm pretty sure that this is a 'homage' of it.

Is there any chance you can get some of these and ebay them? Or maybe even sell a bunch directly to me. I must have them :)

It reads (from top left to right):

Surprise!!
Wild Swan

Fuooo-!! (action word of the swan popping out after holding the wing)
The swan's head pops out!!

With the "erect" swan, be the king of the party?!

How to operate:
After placing the swan on the pants, pull down with your hand on the head (grasping), then let go -

Muku Muku - Boing!

Make mostly of Nylon

For people 12 and older.

I didn't translate the unimportant stuff ;)

the box says "surprise wild swan" it has no purpose, its just for fun and its a sex joke.. the directions tell you to "twang" it

I think its in Daly City since its at Serramonte Mall.

Daiso is a japanese dollar store and the new one in daly city is the biggest one to open in north america. they have lots of japanese electronics and cookware (kinda like ikea, cheap and cheaply made)

The top of the box says (black letters) Surprise! (Red letters) Wild Swan. The large red letters are Katakana which believe it or not is english. Katakana is used strictly for non Japanese words and letters. The Black are Hiragana, which are Japanese sounds, thouh they match the same sounds as the Katakana, but used for Japanese words. The red ones are Wa-i-ru-do (the do is made from to, the " changes it to do) then su-wa-n. ;)
