Chef allowed me to use just a little amount of Osetra Caviar which is on top of the scallop..for my own fun use! I guess you could say the pasta is "caviar" like too but really it's all about the brininess of the osetra caviar matched with the sweet scallop and "savory" white chocolate fregola pasta.
