      I saw these available for a few hundred tickets at a local major dining/gaming restaurant that offers these in their prize area. It's cheap, plastic, made in china, but damn if it doesn't look like a cell phone from the 80s. Your iPhone (or possibly "smartphone") just fits in the empty cavity.
