Great shot Claire, Eve gets more like you
every day! You are getting out of the blocks
quickly with the 5D! Very nice sequence. Must
be super to have a full frame camera and you
can still use all your great lenses with even
more punch now - you should also get nice
tighter DOF on portraits when you want it.

Thanks John, the full sensor is wonderful,
I'm particularly enjoying using my 17mm to
it's fullest. I know it's not to everyone's
taste but I actually love the distortion.
Sadly, after this afternoon's shooting I've
realised that there seems to be a fault with
the light meter in the 5D. It's underexposing
by at least 3 stops. Probably a good exercise
for me but not what I want all the time! I
think I'll have to send it back and get a new
one :(

Yes, the 17mm must be so dramatic with the
full frame. I love ultra wide angle shots.
Sorry to hear of the underexposing - 3
F-stops is a lot. I guess you will be meeting
the Fedex guy again!
