All is One, the I-ching and Genome case

From the same site:

"The Law of Time is the union of art, science, and spirituality.

The harmony manifested by time as cosmos - which literally means "order" - gives rise to the great and simple formulation of the Law of Time: T(E) = Art; Energy factored by Time equals Art. This means that energy, any manifestation of the physical three-dimensional world, possesses order and is in harmony with its environment because it is factored by time.

This brief web tutorial describes DNA and how it pertains to the Chinese I Ching and the Law of Time."

There you will find a basic tutorial on the crossing of the Iching and the Genome.

You know how much I like this examples on the universal interconnectedness (in sister Eppie´s words) of everything... =)

Btw, in this fragment of a long conversation we discussed things much related to this topic. I recommend the reading. For me it has been a wonderful exchange.

Welcome your contributions here!

    Hope you enjoy this, Gi!

" . . . (among Europeans) the beauty of Buildings and Planting is placed chiefly in some Proportions, Symmetries and Uniformities; our walks and our trees ranged so as they answer one another, and at exact Distances. The Chinese scorn this way of planting and say a boy, that can tell an hundred, may plant walks of trees in strait lines, and over against one another, and to what length and extent he pleases. But their greatest reach of imagination is employed in contriving figures where the beauty shall be great, and strike the eye without any order of disposition of parts, that shall be commonly or easily observed . . . We have hardly any notion of this sort of Beauty . . . The Chinese have a particular word to express [it]-Sharawadgi."
This passage is from an essay on gardens written in 1685 by the English diplomat Sir William Temple.

Very interesting, that, about the connection between the i ching and DNA. (There is also a connection between the Kabbalah and DNA coding too, by the way, but I won't gt into that here or now, especially as I am not an authority on these sort of things.) I have to check out this link as soon as I can (driven by curiosity) as it is on my wavelength, I believe.

This all reminds me of the work I did a long time ago at an organizational (management and leadership) systems consulting company. Some of their work was connected to the i ching and I remember making drawings connecting the i ching to organizational revitalization... But it is so long ago and my drawings remain in their archives and my memory fails me... Thanks so much for reawakening my interest in this sort of a thing again.

    Hugs!!!

Shiki! Yours is another excellent example of how the ancients got a wisdom that *still today* occident surprises about.

We have hardly any notion of this sort of Beauty...

Thank you for contributing with this. I certainly didn´t know about this (you see, my name is "giardino" but I know nothing on gardens... ;-). Completely new to me.

Eppie, I´d love to see those drawings you made. A pitty you don´t have them. You are right, this is on your same wavelength, and for what I have been reading further (from when I posted this) there are stricking connections between my readings on the Law of Time / 13 Moon Calendar and your book and writings on Light.

    HUGS TO YOU!

That's odd. I just used a similar image for my lecture tomorrow. It's so much better than the boring tabular version of the universal code.

    How did the lecture went?
    =)

  9. Colin Purrington 90 months ago | reply

It went great. I only turned off 1 student (that I know about). When lecturing on evolution in the United States, annoying at least one person is probably unavoidable.
