Roger Waters in Buenos Aires

I´ve got the tickets today! I am so happyyyyyy!!!

He added a new performance on Sunday 18, as the tickets for the show on Saturday 17 were sold out the same day they were released! I was very sorry I couldn´t get mine in time. But now I could!

THANKS Roger on behalf of all your southern fans -millions-!!!!

To celebrate I invited my brother to come with me, who has introduced me to Pink Floyd when I was 7 years old with The Wall -the movie-. A little tribute to him too then. =)

Can´t wait to see him!!! *grin*

@at: Actually with side costs and all it was $135, but Pesos.... it´s like $50 US dollars. Anyways, yeah, very expensive. The most expensive tickets closer to the stage were $440 ($150 dollars)

Worths it, tho. Even to pay the ticket for my bro. I´m very happy to have been able to invite him. =)))

Nice, I missed it at the Hollywood Bowl this summer, I was not sure I was going to make it so I held on buying the ticket until the day before..and Surprise! it was sold out. (they were still available 3 days before the concert)
Please enjoy it on my behalf too. With great tickets comes great responsibility :)

I am seriously excited about this, Pink Floyd is of my favourite bands ever, and I am such a music person... so PF is a big part of my life and has shaped my as I am a lot.

I had missed Roger when he came to Argentina for the first time in 2002. The tickets where too expensive for me at that time, and the show was 2 months after the huge crisis -default- hee in Argentina, I was about to lose my job, so no chances to spend a little fortune, not even for Roger waters.

Afterwards I regreted it. So when I came to know he was back this year I almost faint in happiness. When I saw the tickets sold out in one day, I fainted again but in sadness... Until I read he added a new show and I fainted in happiness back.

All a roller coastering experience this Roger Waters is to me, since I was a kid... heh!

It would be lovely to see any of you PF lovers coming down to BsAs to see him!!! =)))

However, I am not adopting more brothers, I warn you. ;-P

On side note, Roger Waters tickets went on sale here for a May 19 show in Tampa. Starts at $150 US with fees! Utter Craziness!!!!!

THE WALL party they had in NYC
it was total maddness like a ROCK & ROLL mad hatters tea party
I got invited by a reporter visiting from England for the Melody Expresss or some british music trade paper
what a sick crazy night of mayhem

AEROSMITH was there Steven being insane standing on the table screaming (look at me kinda thing) everyone...
asides from the PINK FLYOD ARE one of the greatest bands and I will ALWAYS love DARK SIDE OF THE MOON.
but I would never pay insane prices for a ticket
unless Jimi Hendrix and Jesus were DEFINTYL gonna show up
