you only do 12oz right? may I ask what kind of containers those are? we offer three sizes per coffee 8/12/16, so it's hard to preweigh at our place. on the plus side my whole bean free pouring skills are unrivaled. I can now dump beans in a cup usually within .5 grams.

Ha ha... Me and my almost 2 years of working with Clovers will take you on... We do only 12 oz. Making it easier to pre-weigh. The tins came from a restaurant supply store. I do often wish we did an 8 oz... however, it would complicate our lives so much more!

I've only got 15 months time and you probably make a couple more coffees per day than we do... but when you can straight dump some beans into a cup on a scale without looking and hit it within 0.1g, you're a superstar. 0.1g is like one bean. That's skill you gotta respect.
