Copyright, Course Materials and YOU!
A session about the copyright considerations in selecting and creating course materials
Chabriol Colebatch LLB, Copyright Co-ordinator/Legal Advisor, Brock University
Copyright rules and procedures at universities have confused faculty, instructors and lawyers for years. Recent copyright developments have resulted in changes to the ways faculty and instructors use copyright materials as well as increased scrutiny over Brock's copyright practices. This session will help faculty and instructors better understand the copyright issues involved in their work and will enable them to make sure that their materials do not infringe copyright.
