March Ice Storm 2002

Love the sun warming the trees in the background.

The garden was covered with heavy, wet snow, with a layer of ice, when this storm hit in early March of 2002.

It was a cold morning -- but you can see the sun creeping in at the left of the photo. Once the sun hit the frozen branches, the magic was soon over.
