filling: soy+mirin cooked until carmelized sweet onions

soy sauce

bean cake (green tea flavored)

fried tofu cutlet stars

hard-boiled egg

classic mac-n-cheese

umeboshi

peaches in strawberry jelly (Dole brand)

this cakes I also found in a korean and japanese store, it's a recent product ! they are so fantastik I bought three packages ! give a look at my fotos and tell me if it is the same package you find ^^

too funny I bought nearly the same when I was in HK nearly ten years ago ;-) Smooch

yes, these are just about that old!

May I ask when you prepare/pack bentos? Looks rather time consuming (so many items!) so I'm guessing maybe not in the morning, but then if in the evening won't they go bad?
