Concentration

I'm in the process of analyzing video to determine where I need to cut things to make a clean MP3 of audio. I use my Zoom Q3 at rehearsals to document how things go and use as a learning tool. Tom has a recorder as well, but he didn't get the last two songs of our rehearsal where I did. So, I'm watching and listening for "Bottoms Up" and "Burn it to the Ground" both by Nickelback on my video footage so I can make an MP3 of the audio to send to the boys.

I have decided to do a five-day juice fast with Julie this week starting tomorrow (Monday January 30, 2012). I weigh 195.8 lbs and my waist is 102 centimeters in diameter. I don't expect too much from a simple 5 days of mostly injesting juice from fruits and vegitables but its a start! I know I'll have beer at least 2 times this upcoming week. But, I'll try to drink vegitable/fruit juice the rest of the time! Who's with me???

Companionship

Julie and I are side-by-side on the couch. She's got her iPod Touch, of course! We watched "Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead", "Attack The Block", and "Captain America". Before this we had dinner at Gooseneck Tavern

I signed the lease for my condo today with the woman who was originally going to buy it. Hopefully this will be uneventful and smooth.

Love

Julie and I went to Pizza House for dinner tonight.

Warwick

I'm in Ken's basement and we've just finished rehearsal. As I was packing up my Zoom Q3, I thought it would be cool to get a picture with his awesome Warwick Vamypre. So, here it is!

It was rainy all day and that's basically how it went and how I felt.

Rice Krispies Treat

Julie and I went to Noodles & Co. for dinner before I dropped her off at work tonight. We get whatever we get and always get a Rice Krispies Treat each. They're HUGE!
