All Italian Day 2012
All Italian Day is an event presented by the Alfa Romeo Association of Northern California, sponsoring the Special Olympics.

Every year around the first Sunday of October, a bunch of Italian car and motorcyle owners bring their beautiful machines to the ball field at Lincoln High School's playing field in Alameda, California. Some amazing machines roll in, true rarities! Everyone is laid back and enjoys sharing their cars and bike, and stories. People come by to visit with the owners, play the raffles, enjoy the cars and a little Italian food for lunch, usually to the accompaniment of some classic Italian opera. :-)

It's a grand time. All the proceeds go to help the kids competing in the Special Olympics. Where else can you enjoy a beautiful Lancia, a plate of pasta and sausage, and get to sit down with an Olympian for five bucks?
