While cutting across a parking lot in Burlingame, I noticed the backs of these signs attached to the parking meter poles....they recycled the old bus signs from the now-extincit Burlingame Bus system...when I was a kid you'd see these little buses all over town...after the big merger which created the infamous SamTrans, most signs were taken down...however one remained as a ghost bus stop on California Drive for years...now the signs are recycled!
