Illegal possession of Laser-rifle

No police or storm-troopers were harmed during the taking of this photograph.
The Po-Po left with digital shots on their camera-phone
and the Storm-trooper got to keep his rifle.
Apparently, it wasn't loaded and he's got "intergalactic diplomatic immunity."
