So we're trying to figure out whether Daisy's getting a bit... overweight. She clocked in at 32 kilos at the vet - so I'm 99.9% sure that the appropriate answer here is "No, you look beautiful in that dress".

This is why I love my dog, and bassets in general. Her face just does this - too much skin, too little connective tissue, and she's just flapping when she runs. There's actually a series of these, each seemingly more ridiculous than the last. Heaven knows what she can actually see when she's running.
