I typically bracket 2s, 15s, 30s for these
shots. Gives me +/-2 stops (all you need to
cover for HDR) with maximum depth of field I
can achieve without pulling out the stopwatch
for bulb exposure...

That's just amazing! Ironically, it's one of
my favorite spots of the Cities to be at
night. The flour mill wreckage is so
peaceful!
