Taking in the country scene

I had to watch out for some cattle on this grass patch. They were getting a bit nervous and running around the place sometimes getting very close to me. I was even putting my camera bad behind the fence and had an escape plan.

Queensland is slowly but surely slipping into winter....the best time of the year.

This time of the year is generally regarded as the most pleasant in every sense of the word - low rainfall, comfortable temperatures during the day, and cool nights. The days are sunny, and even though this is the coldest time of the year, it remains hotter than many places around the world in summer.
