This is just incredible, I wonder how long it's been out there?

I found this board on Fraser Island. Who knows what jurney it had. The number on the board is 209385 and it is coming from the Gold Coast (Miami). It would be interesting to know a bit more about it (I have a few photos of it)

I don't know how long it typically takes for barnacles like that to attach to something floating around in the ocean, but it would seem it was adrift for a long time. Mysterious. It looks like one of those boards used for kite surfing, or something.
