Whirl.

Those of you who followed my travels to Turkey last year know that one of the highlights for me was seeing the Whirling Dervishes perform in Konya (You can see an image here).
This image is of a "fake" Dervish who performed at a dinner show I went to in Cappadocia. I called them the "Disco Dervishes" since they performed in a very dark room with a black light and a disco ball above. Nevertheless, it did give me some idea of what the Dervish performance was like, and encouraged me to attend a real performance a week later in Konya.
