Gardenwife's weight loss pictures

These are my weight loss progress pictures. I started out at 277 in April 2004. By January 2006, I was down to 199. In this same time, Howie went from 490 to 245, half his weight! His pictures are in their own set, The H-Man's weight loss pictures.

Howie had life-changing spine surgery on January 9, 2006. He was off work for about 4 months following it. I was a homemaker at that point, and with both of us having so much free time, it was easy to let bad habits creep back in. He and I both put back on some of what we lost; I got back up to 244 and he was back to 287.

Yeah, ouch.

That brings us to the present. There's no point mourning, just DOING. So, we're back at it and we're losing again! I am back to 235 and working my way down. My goal is to be around 165.
