I really like your deforestation photo
(Progressive agricuture deforestation). I am
just completing a book on the economics of
global land-use modeling and was wondering if
we might use your photo on the cover? Of
course, you would be given credit (as well as
flickr). The book summarizes new datasets and
modeling techniques for improved policy
analysis of global land-use with respect to
climate change, bioenergy, conservation, etc.
Your photo would make a nice cover.
Please let me know if this might be possible
as soon as possible
(steven.rose@earthlink.net). We are on a
tight publication timeline. If acceptable, do
you have the image as a jpeg with 300 dpi
resolution and 175x159mm size?
