Cumberland zoo, Cumberland, Md. It is a very small family run zoo. When the photo had been taken, the zoo had recently experienced a fire in their reptile house. This guy was located near the fire, but wasn't injured, he was still friendly (as friendly as a lion can be), but a very sleepy kitty!
