simple quick bento tonight with leftover thai food and veggies from the fridge. why do i always turn to thai when i'm working late? i have no idea, but i do. and this week i have enjoyed seeing everyone else's bentos, but haven't been inspired (or had much time) to do my own.
anyway, i'm getting back on the wagon with some vegetarian basil duck (with red peppers and onions), white rice with black sesame seeds, takuwan and sweet potato flowers, veggie section of broccoli, shimeji mushrooms, yellow wax beans and purple cauliflower, and fruit section of kiwi slice, apple section, plum fan, green grapes, and black grapes with a leaf food pick (yes those are grapes, not olives!).
