      I am always amazed how you come up with themed bentos and this three roll bento is a great idea.

      @ laura bento and ceinwyn13 -- the egg/frank rolls were really a random idea on the spot to complete the theme. i think they WILL be tasty, though... what could be bad about tender salty meat and fluffy egg?!

      I love the cabbage? lining the box. It's such a pretty yellow/green color, and so fun compared to the usual. So pretty.

      thanks BandB!! yes, it's cabbage, and i like to use that sometimes instead of lettuce because it's stiffer and so it holds up better (wilts less). plus i like the taste (though not as much as when it's pickled into kimchi!)
