Sunset Empire

This picture was the last picture I took before proposing to my girlfriend. According to Google this is the most popular place to pop the question. My girlfriend didn't mind that fact and said yes (I think the shiny diamond might have swayed her decision in my favour too).

We got up here a little early, just as the golden hour was approaching. We had a dinner reservation so we were on a bit of a schedule again.

Handheld HDR from 3 exposures (no tripods allowed up Empire).

Great Shot. Loved the view at night, but it seems to be even better during daylight.

Great shot, facing north seems to have added more elements to the picture, like the sun rays and the irregular shadows ... more lively, and
      Congratulations on getting engaged :)
