花旗开完户回家我富国银行的信用卡也到了。于是先激活然后再去把ap ple paypal at&t的帐户改成了信用卡的。富国给了我600刀，不知花 旗能给多少刀。

收到富国银行征信，于是在网上查了下已经挂了张信用卡，600刀额度 ，这是我美国第一张信用卡虽然还没到，但我知道我成功了。第一张信用 卡只能是担保信用卡吗？I don't think so.
