I only make these mirror/bird bath shots around the summer solstice.
The light is perfect for it. i have to wear double sunglasses, and not really see what I'm doing although I have learned to "read" a position thru my hands. The more intense the mirror flash the darker the blues.
I have the camera on "automatic" for it. I will try and do some new ones next summer using a DSLR and a primary lens...
