Restraint.

As a rambunctious young lad my many transgressions were punished by a severe beating with a shinty stick, after which I was chained up in a windowless basement for a week and fed only a viscous brown gruel made from Scot’s Porridge Oats, Irn Bru and Tunnock’s Teacakes. Never did me any harm.

The Ultimatum

Not a very Flickr friendly shape this one I'm afraid, but if you click on "All Sizes" up the top there you can probably get an idea of what's going on. Or, if you've nothing better to do you can view it in person at Hang Art (567 Sutter, SF), where it's hanging on the wall as part of the Every 1 group show. You could even buy it, if you were so inclined. The possibilities are endless.

Version 2.0.

About four years ago I got someone to build me a fancy website, but because it was fancy I couldn’t update it myself, so it just kind of sat there, being fancy but fairly useless. Then, because I couldn’t update it I started posting new work to other websites, like this one. Well, my website is still fancy and largely unchanged, but I finally worked out a way to make it at least useful. So now there’s just this page here that will take you other sites that I regularly update and are much more interesting, though less fancy.
Right now I’m enjoying the kind of fleeting but deep satisfaction you get in the aftermath of re-organizing your underwear drawer.
