boats' dialogue
![]() The Greek island Santorini is the rest of a volcano. Standing at the top, you can look deep down to the ships; 400m deeper: the sunken cruise-ship SEA DIAMOND. There are more than 1000m deep ground-findings - echolot's joy. Some say, at the bottom are the ruins of the sunken culture of ATLANTIS...
P.S.: I took this photo standing on top of the hill in Thira, Santorini, looking down to the volcano's water. The two boats had to deliver some fruits and vegetables to a cruise-ship in the bay. An hour later we took a donkey ride. On the left side hundreds meter down to the sea, on the right side rocks, I have to admit, I suffered a little by angst...; if your fear is too much, you can use instead of a donkey a cable car (standing in line with two hundred tourists...)
